Our government has decided to spend $800 billion to bail our country out of her financial mess. Two weeks from today we will elect a new president, and millions of Christians are afraid the “wrong person” will win. Some believe this “wrong person” could end up being the antichrist. Both candidates profess to be Christians. Anxiety is all around us…and that’s the problem. It still seems that even we good Americans believe life (and biblical prophecy) is all about us. I have battled within myself on whether I should post anything about the elections. But after watching the VP debate the other night I had an epiphany that I would like to share with you. At times this post may sound pessimistic, but really isn’t. It is optimistic because ultimately God is in control of all things…even the elections.
